Does anyone remember the movie Forrest Gump and in it he says life is like a box of chocolates well let me tell ya with being dizzy and walking around like I'm in a fog an the inner shakes I feel like my choclates are full of nuts I pray my day gets better!!!!!!!! X

Hello mimisings, When my anxiety is particularly bad I have the same thing, I get really dizzy, feel like my legs are made of lead even though they are shaking and my hands are numb. I like to liken myself to the Mr Soft adverts that was on TV a few years ago for trebor softmints.
