I FEEL SO ALONE

dearest smjtty, looking back at your old posts, I see a very depressed person. It sounds like you haven't let go of the past. If you are not doing drugs now, there is no reason why your life can't do a turn about. It won't happen with you lying in bed all the time. Sounds like you need some therapy to turn your mind set around. You have no friends because your self esteem is so low. You need a make over (not physically) but emotionally and a good therapist can help. Start concentrating on the good qualities about you, we all have something we admire about ourselves. The forum is here to support you but you have to help a little too. Good Luck xx

I'm so sorry you feel this way. I wish there were someone who could help you feel better about yourself. Depending where you live, there are department stores that will do make overs which can be pretty amazing. I had never heard of vitamin D making anyone darker, you must have been sensitive or on a high dose and reacted to it. I wish I could give you a solution to your problems. I'm sure you're not alone in how you feel. Hopefully someone on the forum will be able to relate. Try not to give up and most of all, take care. x

Love yourself.....Stephen Hawkins doesn't,t worry about how he looks when lecturing to thousands of people., Mother Theresa wasn't judged by how she looked when helping others,, Gandi was followed by millions?

Beauty lies in the person, get out and help others, best of luck
