Hi love i have had a really bad weekend with anxiety and needed to stay off the site for a bit the book is brilliant i paid about 14 pound for it but worth every penny x

hi sharon i agree i bought the book a couple of weeks ago and its helped me so much ive read through it twice and refer back to it when i need to would recommend it to anyone suffering from anxiety wish i had known about it sooner x

hi sharoniou thanks again for info i also had bad 3 days i have just seen doctor cant do this any more without help she has prescribed 15 mirtazipine i am really scared to take them but i have read info on them not so many side effects as ssri drugs i cant go on like this x speak soon
