yeahh ive had it a couple of nights like that where i dont sleep at all , ive just done a breathing exercise for 10 mins makes you feel tired after , way to early to go sleep thox
Find something you like to do from watching TV to reading a book etc and do it. Try to concentrate on it - yes I do know difficult but does become easier. After a while you start to relax as you get more involved in doing the activity. The important thing is not to make like a test ie have to read this chapter more like something you enjoy doing. Maybe if not work try one of those online games zapping those aliens or blocks requires your attention or just try another activity you enjoy
