anxiety funny feeling in chest
I get chest pains all the time with my panic attacks. It is very scary and usually makes thr panic attack worsr for me. I need to figure out how to deal woth it/ways to overcome panic.....its terrible amd debilitating
I have chest pains all the time. Totally freaks me out. I try to convince myself that it's all in my mind...which it is. I try to keep myself busy to keep my mind off of the pain.
i too have chest pains the whole day its totally scary..how does yours feel?
I sometimes have a sharp pain in my chest. Or it's just a nagging dull pain in the center. Of course I look up the symptoms and the physical symptoms to panic attacks and heart attacks are very similar. I even have shortness of breath. Again, a symptom of both panic and heart attack.
do you ever get it actually in the heart?
I have that problem daily, mild little shooting pains in chest, I google it all the time, then it goes away, most discomfort around the heart is never a heart problem, then this makes me feel worse as anxiety comes out of nowheere and here we go again....
Scariest feeling ever, and on top of a panic attack!! Tightness in the chest, chest pain, shortness of breath, feeling like your heart is going to beat out of your chest!! ALL go hand and hand with a panic attack and heart attack. I FINALLY got most of my panic attacks and anxiety under control with Celexa. I had to do something. The fear of having a panic attack then actually causing me to have one was controlling my life. I was living in fear. Not a way to live. Celexa works well for me. It is not addictive and I have not had any side effects. Two of my aunts are on it. We all go to different doctors and recently discovered we were all three on the same medication. All of us are very happy with the results. Neither of us are no longeron any addictive medications. Before all of us were on klonopin. The celexa has made it possible to no longer need klonopin. Something to think about. This medication may not be for everyone. Good luck!
