does anyone else feel restless or weird when not worrying about a certain thing and trying to concentrate on something?

yes I worry that I have forgotten something. hence that why I keep the activties then light form playing tetris to stroking the cat. Anxiety is like bindweed it chokes the life out of you but allow others to help they can tease away some of its tentrils allowing you to be able to relax enough to start to unwind the bindweed yourself. It is not easy and sometimes you take backward steps but like bindweed it can be controlled
