Ideas on Calming Down?

I have recently been dealing with some legal things that should not have happened. I have felt my PTSD/Anxiety symptoms flaring out of control, but I am trying my best to keep it inside where I don't express them aloud (for fear of offending others). But, I am so on-edge! Even family members breathing is triggering to me, and driving is like hell on earth... How do I handle this? I am journaling, reading, praying... but it just keeps festering...
