Over the last couple of days when I've felt my anxiety is pretty high specially with my FND , I've gone into the kitchen to do something and I've forgotten what I should be doing , I've gone very dizzy just like I was going to collapse. I've got noone to talk to ,my wife isn't very well and she is the only person I can talk too .

I can relate to your situation. I know first hand anxiety is difficult to control and it triggers physical arousal e.g. dizziness in your case, tightness in the chest in mine. My symptoms of anxiety were too difficult to control through self help alone so I belatedly sought help from a psychologist, one who had expertise in treating anxiety disorders.

Therapy really brought home to me the fact I am able to cope far better than I thought I could.

I hope you can explore a few things that might help.
