Good couple of days...

I've had really good days and family is visiting from Guam and I'm feeling really good ,I've had my moments but i didn't ponder on it for too long and freak out I'm trying too just relax and take it easy as it comes I've gone back too the gym and my stomach has gotten better kinda i still feel like there is air in it sometimes but it is what it is, Ive been taking zantac and its helping me so I think i might have acid reflux all this time my throat feels weird at the moment but I'm trying not too let it get too me I hope everyone has been doing good aswell.

Your post has really brought a smile to my face , I feel proud for you & hope you are feeling proud of yourself !

You are doing really well , sounds like you are suffering with acid re flux which like I have said I used to get it really bad , it is something that when you have anxiety you can suffer from but the meds will help as well as eating better which you have been doing

Well thank you for the long late night discussions keeping me intact why why ,appreciate it and i wouldn't have been able too do it without you! my counseling got pushed back tip the 23rd :/
