Holiday anxiety

Earlier this year I posted about anxiety about a cruise I was going on which was for 35 nights. Was feeling anxious about it as it was going to USA and that felt far away from home and for quite a long time. Anyway I did the cruise and loved it . So we booked another one which goes on Friday. It’s only 14 nights and to Scandinavia so should be fine . But guess what , my anxiety is through the roof !! Never had it so bad ! I really don’t understand it , I actually feel like not going !! I’m literally lying awake at night with racing heart and not sleeping.
