Face Itchiness

Hello all you beautiful people!

A bit of backstory: At the end of last year, I had a full-body rash (around 70%) for no reason. Ever since then, I've had anxiety around any itchiness.

Recently, I've had facial itchiness with redness for a few weeks. I haven't started anything new on my face except a Benadryl anti-itch cream. I have cut back on my makeup (contour, powder, foundation, etc) in case it's that, but I don't think so.

My weather has been changing a lot recently (from 40 to 70 to 50), along with high levels of grass and tree pollen.

Mainly I'm asking if anyone else has this issue, and has suggestions.

There could be numerous explanations to why you have suddenly got this rash condition

I can understand when you feel itchy you start to feel anxious that it is coming back that would be natural for most of us to feel this way

Can you make an appointment with maybe a dermatologist or Doctor because they would be the best people to tell you what is causing it and offer you any treatment
