I’m so sorry you feel so down and I think at Christmas time sometimes everything can seem worse, both my husband and daughter suffer from anxiety so I know how debilitating it can be and my daughter also now suffers from depression caused by her job both seem to be helped by the medication there on Mirtrazapine and Sertraline and hopefully you can be given medication that will help you too.
