I used to think that I was going to drop dead from a heart attack everyday and I’m only 21. I went to the er five times. This is what I do every single day: meditation, exercise, drink lots of water, eating healthy, don’t use social media or look up your symptoms, go outside, take a multivitamin, and go to bed early every day. Sleep is important! Don’t worry about having a heart attack while working out, you won’t. Your pains will eventually go away trust me. I got them 24/7. Watch this YouTuber called trey jones-chest pain. He has helped me through so much!
i get this. sometimes its above the breast or the side of it towards the middle of the chest. it goes away so i guess its not serious. do you have acid reflux?
Hi, ive been suffering this pain too, its under the left breast, its a sharp pain that comes and goes..some days are worst then others. Had numerous ecg’s tests etc.. everything seems fine, but this pain just triggers my anxiety more, dont know what to do...😕..
Sounds like a bruised rib to me. If it's one side and sharp then that's what it will be. You can bruise time easily. Even coughing can do it.
It will heal but does take a lot of time and will be prone to happening again. It can be light pain, not all the time, to very painful and every time you breath deep.
That pain you are having really is nothing to worry about. It is caused by stress. Believe me I used to have the same thing. Stress is not good, but sooner or later you will finally learn that stress, like a rocking chair, gets you nowhere. If you can last it out those stupid thoughts and all that mind clutter, which is just debris flying in the air. And it is not from God, so guess who? You will be one step up. If you can get a crutch like lorazepam, which is a small crutch, I don't care what the medical world says, it will help alot. Don't abuse them, but they helped me over the years. Now Dr.s' everywhere are looking down their nose watching how many you take. My doctor used to not care, but them something went out across the medical media and suddenly all doctors were afraid. But try them. Go to a doctor who will help you. Good luck, God bless, and keep trying.
Gas, heartburn, pulled muscle, costochondritis,. Sounds a lot like the the last, which I've had, and the pain is very surprisingly severe and feels like something "serious"- but it's not. Gas bubbles can get trapped in many places in both the small and large intestine (large intestine curves up under rib cage) and can push on nerves and create a lot of pain- yes, gas can do this. It sounds like they checked you out thoroughly and that there's nothing to worry about! I'd put some ice on it, take an advil if no reason not to take advil (ie allergy) and give it at least a few weeks to go away Tell your anxiety to settle down- it can stop protecting you, since it seems there's nothing serious going on. Give it time to settle down- when anxiety gets revved up it has a hard time settling down Feel better!
This has happened to me several times. Sometimes it’s all over, other times it’s near my heart, or even in my lower lungs. I’ve been to the ER over it and also discussed with my primary care Dr; was assured everytime that it’s not heart related. You can feel physical symptoms of anxiety without consciously feeling anxious, so that’s always a possibility and also muscle tension (caused by anxiety, or caused by something else) can cause similar issues. I was also told GERD and acid reflux can cause pain like that in the upper chest
I have also been suffering with chest pain ! I went to hospital for it an had a 24 hour ecg which came back normal !! I just don’t get what’s happening . Every day I get chest pain at some point in the day an when I think about it too much I get short of breath too
