My name is Ingrid Bergman. Since I was a child I'm struggling with social phobia and anxiety. I'm looking for information about better quality of sleep, and about good lifestyle. Besides of that I would like to learn about good habits related to loss of weigth, phisical exercises, meditation, relaxation practises, and stress reduction. Hi IngridBergman... First of all I'd like to Welcome you to a safe and supportive
community. Here you will find people like yourself who struggle with emotional
stress. We each relay our own life experiences in dealing with this issue.
We learn from each other.
As for myself, I use Meditation and Breathing daily. Self hypnosis, MIndfulness,
Relaxation techniques, Biofeedback, Reiki, Mind retraining and so much more.
My life is devoted to taking care of my mental state because if I don't, no one else
will. We must first be complete with the MInd/Body Connection in order to reach
our goal.
KNow that it takes time. This didn't happen overnight and so we can't expect
results immediately. We must never give up and always believe that it can and
it will get better.
As for this community, I have been here 8 years and feel it is one of the best around.
People here take that extra step to keep each other safe as well as support each
other.
I am here to share my own experiences as well as pass on my success.
I have my life back and it was worth all the years it took to reach my goal.

It is good to join forums or group support like this, since I was diagnosed way back 2019 my go to site is here, I get to talk with good people who have the same diagnosis as mine, in that way, I feel I am not alone and it is so inspiring to know that although they have anxieties, they are still continuing facing their lives positively. Everything will be better soon one you know yourself more. You can talk to maam Agora or to me, she is really sweet and almost knows all the techniques that could help you handle and beat anxiety.
