chest pain

hi all

just a very quick one,

I was on here about 5 years ago, chest pain every day, arm pain, breathless, etc… every single day

I then got rid of it randomly about 2 years ago and it went And wasn’t there every day again…

fast forward to last month, I got pains again same pains I use to get in the middle of my chest, stayed for about 3 hours and again yesteday and today, for a couple of hours and went, no more symptoms at all just that, has anyone else had this at all? Or something similar

Yes!!! For the past month I have been getting palpitations, they have really scared me tbh and I feel this fear that I am out of control. When I move my arms/chest in a certain way I get this painful twinge and I can't help but panic. I don't know if this is due to the health anxiety which makes me overthink things or just general anxiety. Sorry....I hope you know what I am saying! It disappeared for a long time but now it's back and I hate it.

It happened to me as well. I have been experiencing it for some time. I went to see a physician who advised to get an ECG done. My reports were normal. Further, investigation revealed that the chest pain was caused due to acid reflux. I am taking medication for that.

From what my doctor said, anxiety causes imbalance of your stomach acids. And often times, it leads to various stomach related issues.

Get yourself checked for any gastrointestinal problem.
