Well I have anxiety symptoms everyday and my most recent symptoms been just chest pain I go to my dr and they sayI'm fine but I'm still having chest pain not all day every day but it comes and goes. Does anyone deal with anxiety chest pain?

Yep it's pretty norm symptom of anxiety. It could also be heartburn if you ate anything spicy
