so pretty much my dad died in april of this year and im not new to having panic attacks or anything but they used to only happen maybe 1-2 a month but every since the day he died they have literally been multiple a day to the point where i cant even leave my house and ive been on multiple meds and nothing is helping so far

no, no therapy at the moment everywhere is fully booked ive been on three different meds and none seem to work😔

I am sorry that you aren't able to get into therapy. Do you have any support people in your life?

Do you have a support group anyone who you trust that you can share your feelings with? Are you in counseling?
