Nose question

I know this sounds really stupid but this evening I've developed a tingle / tickle to the outside of my left nostril.

Originally I thought it was a hair perhaps attached to my glasses that was tickling, but it wasn't.

I do have anxiety but have felt fairly relaxed today.

Could very likely be allergies, they can cause my nose to tingle/itch sometimes.
