Hello all. I’ve had anxiety for 13 years and most of it was my heart being super aware of the beating and pounding. I caught Covid in Jan of 22 and again in August 22. The first time it left me with a few symptoms but the second time is when I started really feeling off. Physically numb mentally numb. I can no longer feel my heart pounding or even beating and when I do search for it it feels so faint as if my heart is weak getting ready to give out. It causes me so much anxiety and I’m so scared I’m dying. I’ve went to my doctor and even the er and they say everything is okay but I don’t feel okay. After 13 years of always being able to feel my heart it all of a sudden just stops ?!

Why is my heart beat faint now?

may I ask did you have body tremors , and fealt your heart racing, and for what ever reason , due to Covid they have stopped??, I say this because I suffer body tremors, and only ever notice it now when they stop, it’s like my body is calming down, but I no longer feel the racing. I know it all sounds weird, but it’s just my experience.
I agree w/ Blue-52, but also think that you know your body, and if something feels really off, it would be good to get checked out (maybe again). But the drs have said there's nothing wrong, so it could be anxiety.
I know covid and vaccines are different, but I had both the covid vaccines and a booster, and with the 1st two shots, I felt nothing. The booster is the one where I felt sick, but felt better w/ in a couple days.
I'm just saying, that covid could have had more of an effect on your body the 2nd time. With double or more of any one thing, the effects/outcomes may be increased, (but not necessarily bad).
Take care xx
