anxiety and loud noises

does anxiety get worse after a loud noise and startled you and does it make you feel shaky or do you know if Parkinson’s makes you feel shaky after a loud noise like a slamming of the door or dropping something on the floor that makes a loud noise

i dont know but loud sounds make me shaky

Thank you so much for replying to my question. I’m glad now that I see someone else actually gets like that with her anxiety I thought it was just me.

thank you for replying. I see now that a lot of people have my problem. Also anxiety is like a disease in its own hugs to everyone

yes I suffer the same thing. I can’t stand sports games or highways

Our over sensitized nervous system is to blame for that.

We are on "high alert" at all times making us react the way we do. xx
