anybody dealing with or dealt with weird head sensations and pain in temples? Also twitches throughout body

Klama91, there was a time that I did experience head sensations as well as

pain in the temples. Mine were attributed to muscular contraction headaches

as well as migraines. The twitches were a response of my over sensitized

nervous system due to anxiety.

I was under the care of a Neurologist for a time.

It is in your best interest to seek medical attention first to rule out any

physical causes. xx

Agora1, thanks for response. I’ve been back and forth to different doctors was just prescribed buspar, so hopefully it helps. Just trying keep practicing mindfulness (which is very hard lol)

Klama, don't give up with your practice of Mindfulness Meditation.

Good Luck with the Buspar as well.

The key to my success was and is using Meditation/Breathing 3 x a day.

It has helped relax the Mind/Body Sensations. Wish you well dear xx
