Is this a UTI

I suffer health anxiety which I have had many years. After my hysterectomy 7 years ago I had bladder problems which was the feeling of wanting to pee as soon as I had been. It was horrible and lasted over the 6 weeks the consultant said was normal. Now I know once I start something like this I cannot stop thinking about it, and it gets worse. It wasn’t a UTI then was tested. Eventually it calmed down with the help of Lorazapam. Now it has started again, do have IBS/diverticulosis. Wondering if anyone has had something like this due to anxiety. Seems so minor but these things seem to take over my life, just thinking about it constantly.
