Because of everything that I am dealing with and no real outlet (yet) my asthma is not being triggered. I had the worst asthma flare up I couldn’t catch my breath at all yesterday not even a nebulizer treatment and 4 inhaler would work. Had to go to the UC to get put on a steroid to get my breathing back under control. I have so much going on it’s not even funny I have to make so many life changing decisions and it feels like I am running into dead ends. I need a break before it gets worse!!!!

I hope you can try make some space and time for yourself so you give yourself chance to process what's going in your life and how to deal with it.
