Electric shock feeling

I was playing with my grandchildren when I suddenly felt my whole body buzzing and tingling and I thought I was having a stroke maybe. It did go off quite quickly but I kept thinking about it. 2 days later, sitting with friends having a drink, it did exactly the same thing. It felt like a massive electric shock and turned my whole body numb for about 20 seconds. Does anyone know what this may have been please

Hi Twenty2, I don't know what this may be although I did notice that 3 years agowhile you were sitting at a stoplight, you had a similar incident.

I am not sure what that is. Maybe it is meds your on, sometimes it can happen. Will you see a Dr? Just incase

I have a something similar but at night, as I'm getting to sleep I get this energy through my body and it affects the legs a lot. I'm not sure what that is and it can go on for an hour or so.
