I’ve been experiencing a feeling of heaviness/pressure on the same spot on the side of my head and recently also at the front above my forehead. It’s there everyday. No pain but the pressure feeling. Worried about what this could be and hoping to get a doctors appointment tomorrow but wondered if anyone has any ideas in the meantime. Obviously my first thought is it could be the suing of a brain tumour but hopefully that’s just anxiety putting silly ideas into my head! Trouble is I very much doubt my GP is going to suspect anything and won’t refer me for a scan etc. I don’t have private healthcare either… T.I.A

Hi Geo26, I'm glad that you are seeing your doctor tomorrow so they can putyour mind at ease. Anxiety and Stress alone can cause that pressure type feeling
as well as sinus issues, grinding teeth and irregular bite. You see anxiety is always
trying to take us to a catastrophic place in our mind. Don't allow this to happen.

Hi, try to not overthink this. I had something similar happening on my whole face decades ago and clearly wasn't cancer. Seeing GP is a good measure for putting things into perspective I've found.
