Hello,
I haven't been having these for a few months, but they've started up again. I keep getting surges of anxiety, it's like a mini panic attack crammed in to a second or so.
The only way I can describe it, it's like when you're leaning back on a chair and your body corrects itself when you feel like you're going past the point that the chair is going to fall over. Or when you miss the last step of the stairs. It's happened four times today.
I've got very low ebb anxiety throughout the day, and in these one to two second moments it seems to surge and peak. It's horrible. When it happens, I have to like snap myself back, I look around, take a deep breath and just think, what the fuck was that?
Does anyone else experience this? I feel so odd because of it.
