It is very very hard to deal with. Just know that it will pass. There are medications and therapy's that will help. Wishing you all the best x

It sounds like this may not be the best sort of therepy for you. One to one therepy may be more helpful that group therapy if you can find a therapist. There are apps that many people have found helpful too. Maybe start with the Thrive app.

Have you had a review of your medication? Or considered taking any if you are not? X

I suffer with anxiety. It truly is hard to deal with. The only thing that helps me the most is breathing exercise. To be aware of the breath is a good place to start. It can calm you down but like everything it takes practice.

I spent years fighting and suffering from anxiety/panic and then found out I had been advised totally wrong about how to deal with it. The way to heal is by learning to accept the anxious thoughts and feelings and let them flow through you so you no longer fear them. anxiety is truly a paradox, the more you struggle fighting the thoughts and feelings, the more they persist. I found the DARE Anxiety book and youtube videos very helpful and also the book At Last A Life by Paul David. Medication can also be helpful at least temporarily to help you recover if you need it. You can really heal from anxiety/panic but you have to be willing to learn new information and skills and be willing to change your old approach to it, but it is definitely worth it.
