What Job would be best for anxiety

I have three offers before me that I am considering. I suffered burnout from two jobs ago, and joined aother organization as a manager (first manager position) to be pushed out just under 2 months after being heavily discriminated agains (and also having IBS, panic attacks, and ezcema flairup). So obviously, I'm leery! I will lay out the details below:

1.) Job one - Compliance Lead, will have dotted line reports. At the end of the interview the hiring manager was saying how chaotic the company and job would be. I felt like I could do this job, but also had a sense of running away when interview was over. They gave me a verbal offer last Monday (102k/yr with potential for big bonus), and I didn't get the actual letter toll yesterday. It pays the best, with benefits first day, 21 days vacation.. The company is known for being unstable right now. I'm stuck on the fact it took them a week to give me the physical offer.

2.) Job two- Quality Specialist - I am working for a contract research firm that has a 1 to 5 year contract with a large Phama company. Pay is slightly less, but manageable and has a sign-on bonus. Majority of the job will be remote, but even if I had to go into the office it is the closest to home. 90k/yr, 22 PTO days, waiting period for one month for benefits. They were the company to get back with me with a written offer the fastest and have already performed the beacground check. (Last interview was a Friday and they called Tuesday with an offer)

3.) Job three - a job as a QA investigator with a stable, growing company, on site work 45 minutes away. 21 PTO day, and health care after the first month., 90K a year. I got weird vibes from this interview because they know people that know me. This offer was the longer gap between the interview and the offer (almost a month).

I keep changing my mind which one I lean to the most.

You are in the very enviable position of having 3 very very nice offers to choose from. You, however are the only one who can make the decision. Good Luck.

Hi, lucky you and well done for getting 3 offers! It's definitely a difficult decision. How do you feel about working from home? I find the isolation quite hard to deal with at times.

When suffering from anxiety it may be best to avoid jobs / roles / companies that are unstable as this may well be quite stressful.

I wouldn't read into the time it took them to get you an offer, that's just the HR department, most companies take a while to get things through their HR departments. Someone who needed to sign off on the hire may have been I'll or away, or just really busy, so it's not necessarily a reflection of the wider company.

Also, how much do you care about the money?

If you really need every dollar then yes factor it in, if not then don't take into account (the three offers are really very similar money, how much difference to your life is the extra 10k going to make if you are really stressed there?).

Personally I think 2 or 3 would be better options. Maybe 3 if you would rather work with people in person.

Hope this helps x

I feel like Option 3 is the best for anxiety, and I could see myself doing something like that. Good luck to you! As long as any job makes you HAPPY, and that you feel like you are satisfying your NEEDS, then you got this :)

Wow! I wish my interviews went that well!!Congratulations on being offered all 3.

It is a tough decision.

All 3 have good PTO and benefits start at most in a month.

The first is great pay, but did the interviewer give you a hint by mentioning how chaotic it was and unstable?

Of the other two, the travel time is the other consideration. Is it a bad ride? Are you ok with it?

I’m very envious of you. I’m just a warehouse manager, been doing it for 30+ years but very experience with interviews.

I have another tomorrow.

Good luck with your decision!!

Thank you! Hard choice, I ended up taking job 2, I was lucky to have so many options this time. This is the first time out of work and it has been tough on me mentally.
