I’ve been super stressed lately wrecking havoc on my stomach and other symptoms but I wasn’t prepared to have on or the worst panic attacks of my life during a job interview yesterday. It was so bad that I had them call me an ambulance but of course as the ambulance got there my senses started dying down. It started as a tingly sensation all over my body then tunnel vision fast heart rate and feeling light headed my chest felt tight. I really scared me I haven’t felt anything similar to that in years since I was like 17 I’m almost 22 now. I guess with major life stress something triggered a major panic attack during the interview. I feel so embarrassed for having to be checked out by paramedics. I went to my PCP and they said my heart sounded great did an EKG that looked good. After all these years I’m going to try Buspar to help with my anxiety and such to see how that works. Just a scary over all experience really felt like I was dying. I’m so over being hyper vigilant of everything going on in my body.

Oh Adamj I am so sorry about your experience yesterday during your interview.Looking back now, I'm sure you can see how the stress of interviewing for a job
as well as you worrying about a panic attack actually brought it on.
It happens my friend. Maybe you can work on your feelings with a therapist.
Reassure yourself that this doesn't mean it would happen again. Once you understand
the mechanics of Mind/Body process, you will be able to breathe your anxiety down. xx
I understand completely. I have realized 2 things if my sugar drops or I really don't want to do something my panic will set in. It's awful to always being on guard not knowing when it's going to hit. My doctor put me on .5 Lorazepam as needed. I take it about 30 minutes before something important that I have to do. I hope this was helpful.
