Do you have it or do you have health anxiety?

Well health anxiety 😟 cause i have floaters i have had them for a while and i just been super hyper aware of my vision lately and im just scared !!! The first thing that popped up was retinal detachment and now I’m paranoid

I get floaters a lot, have done for years and they have never done me any harm. If you want reassurance you could go ask an optition or pharmacist about it.

Yes. You can usually see bright flashing lights, NOT the ones you get with anxiety (floaters and colors and lights). It’s different. But if you’re worried, go see an eye doctor. I’ve had a fireworks display going on in my eyes since I was 12. Also get ocular migraines where your vision is off for about 30 minutes. Anxiety is no fun.

I only see black dots nothing else.

Yours sounds crazy.
