Anyone on pregabelin for anxiety and if so what dosage

Yes I’ve been on them for years mate. Was at the highest dose but came down to 100mg x2 a day there great for anxiety but they don’t help my anxiety anymore but keep me emotional stable. There are really good although you will become more cold as I’m not caring as much. They made me feel emotional numb no more anger haven’t lost my temper since I’ve been on them.

When I take a higher dose I became dumb! Loosing my short term memory, brain zaps. I became zapped and didn’t like it. But once on the right dose there are a very good medication. They will change you and definitely worth it. Just make sure you take them everyday at the same time very important as once your on them and your mate taking a dose you can really feel it. But everyone is different. My advise is take them but be mindful of your memory and body don’t let it zap you. They made me mentally stronger! To strong as what would hurt you won’t hurt me. Can’t even grieve or cry they will make you emotional numb to me that was a good thing but having not having emotional times or able to let it out……. I have times where I’ll have a little breakdown but then I’ll just completely put it out my mind again.

There also great for pain, depression and anxiety and a massive help with mood stabiliser. Some people get a kick out of them I never did but I have manic anxiety so they just took the edge of they totally wiped my anxiety away but being in them for 10 plus years my anxiety is getting to bad but there helping keep me stable.

There is a documentary about them of people in Scotland who are addicted to them. Like crack addicts they buy them on the streets and take a whole pack. There like crack to them was on bbc many years ago.

I take pregabelin for pain , but have heard people taking it for anxiety. It doesn’t help my anxiety.
