So I keep getting chest arm and jaw pain and the side like my ribs and abit on my back I get this randomly, and I went for a mri on spine to see if it’s a pinched nerve and it came back normal so it’s not a nerve so now I’m scared of what it could be? It’s all on my left side, my breathing hasn’t been the best to if I’m honest but my oxygen levels are like 94-98 (I rarely check this) but when i do it’s normal, I don’t know what this could be it feels so real and is so random

Chest arm, back and jaw pain?
Hi, like you I suffer from anxiety but luckily mine is under control. Perhaps it might help if you spoke to your doctor and see if he can help with your various issues. Certainly helped me. You are very young and have your whole life ahead of you. I'm sure we are all thinking of you and hope you can get sorted. Don't suffer in silence as anxiety can produce many physical symptoms and help is out there. Keep strong. Best wishes to you.
I always try think to myself if it was like heart related it wouldn’t just keep coming and going all the time but sometimes the feelings are so strong
Have you spoken to your GP? Are you on any medication or tried a referral for CBT. I suffer from health anxiety and find GPs are pretty helpful in addressing these issues now days. It might help. As I say, don't suffer in silence so probably the GP is the first port of call. Good luck and I hope things improve.
Doctors don’t really help me
I do think the Doctor is the only one who can help. None of the Members on here are really qualified and can only offer support. I do think discussing how you feel with the GP is the way forward.

These seem to be pretty close to my symptoms of anxiety. Shortness of breath, lung/arm/chest pain. I've had a bunch of workups (including a 24h Holter monitor... twice), and all signs point to me being healthy and it's all anxiety related. The best way I can describe my symptoms are basically like a long-lasting panic attack (like multiple days where it comes and goes) that's not quite as severe and I often can't identify what brought it on. Other than the advice of seeing your dr to make sure it's not another physical issue, I can't offer much in the way of advice, other than possibly a psychologist/psychiatrist. However, I can definitely relate, and I wish the best for you because I know how rough it can be. <3
Literally same. One thing i noticed though, is where my thoughts are, can literally make me conjure symptoms wherever I’m focusing. Like I went through a thing where I was terrified of having a blood clot (I was 16 so it literally was SOOO unlikely) but everyday I had leg pain, then it was fear of an aneurysm and literally every day I’d have sharp shooting pain in my head, I will say though, I do get muscle knots in my back that cause the pain you’re explaining and I saw a chiropractor and it helped a lot. My chest/back/neck pain and headaches were caused by head down posture, which caused shortened chest muscles and over stretched back muscles, have someone rub your back and look for trigger points to see if you have knots, or try to be mindful of your posture and see if it helps
