Sore back and mind all over

Hi there I’m suffering for a sore back today, just came on from nowhere. Puts me in a spin thinking bad things are wrong straight away. I do get back pain now and then but this is higher up than normal. I lost my dad 9 weeks ago, I’m constantly worried I am going to die also and leave my family. I’m 47 and been like this most of my adult life 😐

Thank you it’s hard at the moment but will get through, lost my mam many years ago so the feeling is very familiar, life is tough

Hi there I’m sorry to hear about your dad my sincere condolences to you and your family.I suffer with severe health anxiety my husband has just lost his sister and my back is so painful too but my mind goes everywhere thinking and fearing the worst here if you need to talk

Thank you, life can be tough. I am taking strong anti inflammatories to help for the next couple of days!
