Does anyone get a really fast heart rate randomly? It hasn’t happened for so long normally it’s in the 50s and 40s but now it’s like leaning more towards the 100s I’m scared it’s afib or stv or I’ll die

Given your age, it is probably OK and due to anxiety. Seeing your doctor , however is always a good idea and is likely to give you much more peace of mind.
