Some days i get up and my heart rate is already high like 120-130 if i do something like movings things around it gets even more faster. Im scared of going places thats something could happen to me. Before walking into a store at supermarket all my muscle in my body becomes stiff and i find hard to walk and i walk away. I barely walk because of the fear no exercise or any work at the moment. I Cant switch my mind to think positive.
Doctors diagnosed me with GAD, before going somewhere i automatically think that i cant do it and i refuse to do any activities that may cause even more tension.

Has it been determined that your heart rate is CAUSED by your GAD? If so it shouldn't be too difficult to recover from. If not, then the next obvious step is discovering the cause and dealing with that directly.
Ok good, so it sounds like you're making your heart beat quickly yourself. If you're in a constant state of nervousness it's not surprising that your heart would beat like that, and your fear that your heart is beating too fast causes you to panic, which makes your heart beat faster. I think you know where I'm going with this.
This is so me today, I'm feeding my anxiety big time & in a vicious circle and can't help myself. Last time this happened I ended up at a&e, got checked over and all seemed to be fine....this calmed me down
This recently happened to me. I was in a constant state of stress for a while and it wreaked havoc on my body. I couldn't stand up or exercise without my heart rate going through the roof or getting extremely warm and lightheaded. Your body can't handle stress for too long until it messes with hormones and depletes minerals and all.
I saw my GP and she told me to be taking magnesium. It's actually helped quite a bit!
Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) is a condition that affects circulation (blood flow). POTSis a form of orthostatic intolerance, the development of symptoms that come on when standing up from a reclining position, and that may be relieved by sitting or lying back down.
I'm taking a powder called Natural Calm. I just mix it in with my water and drink it throughout the day and before bed. Mine is unflavored but they have flavored ones too.
It's hard to say. I honestly feel much better after taking it for a couple of days - my heart beat has been normal and I haven't been as fatigued. If anything, you get magnesium which most people are lacking anyways.
Wow this is the first post that explained what I was going through with my heart rate. Subconscious and conscious stress. I couldnt understand why my heart rate would be so wacky like This. Seen cardiologist and all is fine. It was nerve wrecking and driving me crazy. Sometimes my heart rate was fine even with moving around and doing mild exercise and other times I'd wake up with it fast or simple movements would elevate it and give me palpitations. Stress...it had to be stress. I dont adapt well to change and I dealt with alot of big changes in a small amount of time. I'm also vitamin D and b deficient. Natural calm magnesium would rub me to the bathroom (sorry tmi).... It's crazy how the emotions are directly connected to the physical health.
A Resting Heart Rate Of 120 To 130 ? >Anxiety Can Cause That. >However, The Heart Rate Naturally Rises When Active & That's Normal. Been There With The Sudden Panic Attacks In The Middle Of A Store & Just Left The Buggy & Went Home. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. How's Your BP Effected ? I Used To Have Those Kinda Attacks MANY Times Years Ago. Now [ over time ] I Get It Every Now & Then. But ? I'm Still Learning.... The Heart Rate Shows Your Anxiety IS Releasing "Adrenaline" Into Your Bloodstream... Having A Doctor Treat Your Anxiety Is One Thing, But It Goes Hand In Hand With A Cardio Doctor Too... Because Of The Effects Of Adrenaline.... See A Cardio Doctor To Ease Those Fears... But ! A Resting Rate Should Never Be that High.... Are Your Anxiety Meds Working ?... You May Very Well Need Some BENZOS Through This Time... But You'll Be Fine I'm Sure....
People Seem To Forget. If You Have Anxiety Disorders ? A Cardio Doctor Walks Hand In Hand With Anxiety Disorders Because Of The Release Of ADRENALINE....
I take Noten so my heart never goes fast. It’s always around the 60. The highest it might go up to exercising is 90. I take Noten for heart palpitations.
You're doing whats called body sensing, meaning you have a heightened sense of awareness of whats going on, on the inside. Try not to think on it so much and see if that helps. Also get your thyroid checked sometimes hyperthyroidism can cause the symptoms you are having. There's many things that can cause a fast heart rate and mimic anxiety such as Supraventricular tachycardia, high blood pressure or an infection somewhere in the body. Try finding a good doctor to find the root cause, many doctors speculate but very few cure.
My wife had something similar after getting covid-19, many months later. The heart looks good physically but the nerves that control the pace of the heart has something wrong with it. This causes her heart to skyrocket out of nowhere. Go see a cardialogist. My wifes cardiologist prespriced her heart medicine that controls these nerves and this has kept her heart at normal pace. The cardiologist told me that it should go away with time. My wife also has other nerve problems with her brain and in her body so trying to find out if this is all related given it all has to do with the nerves.
