Put some stout shoes on. Take water with you and get out into the fresh air. See the trees, the birds and the wildlife. Amazing autumn colours coming soon! Get out of the four walls! GO GOR IT! You’ll feel much better when you get home. Good luck.

Great rousing post, Ellie-Ann. I usually feel better after getting out. It is not very easy sometimes to summon up the courage, interest or energy though.

It’s worth the bother to go Roxilox …. Breath nice and deeply as you walk if you can. It will work! You’ll feel tons better for getting out the four walls. I’ve got AFib and stable angina and I can do it for an hour or so a day at 74. Good luck👍

Well done to you. My walk would be only barely half an hour. Must increase and breathe.

This is the truth, Ellie-Ann! Walking works wonders and all that is needed is a good pair of walking shoes.
