Hey everyone :-),
I want to know how everyone's doing and how everyone's feeling. I've been doing better today and feeling a lot better this morning my body is pretty tense but I know why it's tense so I'm not worrying about it. Comment and let me know if you guys are feeling the same or have new symptoms that came up.
Today has been ok. I've had a migraine all day and scared to take anything for it. I started celexa almost a week ago and it's helped some. Maybe I need a higher dose. I've noticed since I started my vitamin D pills (50000 units) in tired and my legs seems to twitch. So that's freaking me out lol have you tried taking a hot bath for the tense body? Or just sitting in a hot shower?
I did just now I like to shower at the end of the day after my boyfriend gets home from work so he can watch our baby. And that's great! I get twitching in my legs and all over as well and I'm always tired but that's all a part of anxiety and my meds.
Im not sure if my tiredness is from the meds or me giving up caffeine but it sucks lol I lay in bed and my anxiety spikes and I can't sleep. I have to be up at 4 am and it's midnight where I live right now and I'm terrified to go to sleep.
I totally get you it happens to me every single night! I hate that I can't drink coffee toooo 😩!
Healthwise I`m feeling ok, But Iv`e been dwelling on the death of David Bowie, & it`s making me a bit sad & anxious at times. He wasn`t much older than me, & Iv`e been googling liver cancer, which he died from, worrying that Iv`e got it, or are going to get it. It`s just my hypochondria acting up.
Definitely stay away from google lol google is the root of all evil when it comes to our anxiety!!!
