Panic attacks!!!

I have had nothing but high amounts of stress especially last couple of weeks. All I've been doing is balling my eyes out shaking violently everyday. I cant go on living like this!! My 21 year old car blew head gasket but my dad is paying to get used engine in it to swap out for the destroyed one. I'm extremely grateful to parents. Plus I'm constantly hated by all ppl. My soul is crushed and defeated. I've always been alone in this world. Anyhoo, just had to get it off my chest. Totally depressed and full of sheer panic!!!

I'm sorry to hear you feel like that, but clearly you are not alone as you sound like you have your parents supporting you, practically at least. Are you recieving any support for your anxiety and depression?

Hi, since I just woke up the last response I wrote it all down what I've tried. Its 230 am and on first cup of coffee so I'd say just read the last response I wrote which explains everything. Lol I'm too lazy or tired to rewrite it all. Your right having my parents has been a lifesaver. Theres a used engine in that 21 year old car which theyll try selling here in Las Vegas. My mom surprised me and said shes giving me here 2004 Ford explorer cause she just bought a Nissan SUV. Shes driven the explorer sooooo many miles its crazy! I was absolutely shocked beyond belief!!! They're bringing it down end of october! So darn excited.

If you're not, then must go see a psychiatrist ASAP. This panic stuff is like cyclic train wreck, more you allow it worse it gets. Get meds, try meditation. One way I can control my panic attacks is telling myself let it happen and just watch it, what can it do to me? I've seen the worst of the attacks, it can't do anything to me, it will come on and I will just not respond and it will go away. It works really well, for me anyway. I got rid of panic attacks this way without meds like 12+ years ago. It's been happening again a little bit. But it is being caused by health anxiety. If you have health anxiety, then go see your doctor and get tests done to make sure you're not sick.

Like I said in response below I've gone to a hundred drs. What I'm taking rn has worked the best over any other medication ive tried. I suffer epilepsy so theres so many drugs I cant take cause like in the past has caused a lot of seizures. Instead of writing it all over again just see response below which describes everything. I just dont want to rewrite it all again. I must be tired or lazy lol. Just got up and have only had one cup of coffee plus its 230 am.

Well damn you have some big problems. CBD works? Some say it works, some say it doesn't. I saw no effect with my anxiety while using CBD. Wishing all the best for you. My brother suffered from Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) for almost 10 years. He is known to all the top psychiatrists in North America. His doctor said he never heard of a case of MDD that lasted this long. He finally got diagnosed with Huntington's in around 2017. His life was literally frozen in time, just like his apartment. He lived in filth for 10 years. During the end while still fighting intense depression he managed to complete his PhD. After he got diagnosed with HD, the HD meds finally started to work and brought his depression under control. Same type of thing happened with my friend. My brother is in this 40s but my friend was 70 this year. He had bipolar all his life, he finally got diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2016 and the PD meds helped more than anything with his depression. He also had shock therapy few times in the 80s - 90s. He passed away this July from a silent heart attack, otherwise he was doing fine. So what I'm saying is all your problems could be an indication for something else. Make your doctors look into it soon. Good luck!

Yeah no kidding!!! Sorry to hear about your brother and friend. Sorry for your loss. I've had depression 4 decades severe depression. All I have is 24 7 suicidal thoughts every damn day! I'd much rather have had it 10 years!!! That's cool he got PhD. The problems I have are definitely not other health problems. I know this cause drs have said heart is good along with everything else. I inherited bipolar 2 from my father. So the problems I have I've dealt with since I'd say age 5 I was already showing huge signs of severe depression and anxiety. Anyhoo hope you have a good day.

Your situations seems so similar to my friend's. He also got his bipolar from his father and it started around 5 or 6 I think. If your doctors never investigated possibility for PD or HD, then they really should. In my experience these problems often end up being diagnosed as something like PD or HD and then meds for PD and HD work and your life gets back to some kind of normal. I wish he was still around so you could talk to him. I stood guard at the 9th floor balcony door whenever my bro gave me the signal that his urge was too strong at that moment. It's something even doctors don't fully appreciate. So I hope you can get real control over your depression soon.

You are not alone, I and many others know what it is like. I have been suffering from crippling anxiety and panic attacks since my earliest memories as a child. When you said you feel crushed and defeated, that is how I feel exactly and have felt like that for so long. Anxiety, Panic, and Depression can feel so very isolating and like no one can help you no matter how much you cry for help. Have you ever tried to get professional help? I just started seeing a psychiatrist and have been trying different meds. Having a professional to talk to can be so helpful in trying to get better.

Hi sorry to get back to you so late! I've gone to drs since being very young. All the antidepressants never worked or cant take some cause they've caused seizures as I'm epileptic. Plus bipolar 2, adhd and trying to deal with agoraphobia which I've had decades. I'm also trying to find a job since my current employer got on me about sweating profusely from head to toe! That's so severe all I do is wipe my face 24 7!!!! As far as my treatment resistant depression I take CBD now. I've tried everything trust me. I had 12 shock therapies years ago for it too and all it did was destroy my memory!!! The severe anxiety and panic disorder is horrific. Full body shakes if I have to step out of my apt. Here in Las Vegas they dont prescribe many anxiety drugs. I could only get buspar which as of now I'm not sure works well or not. Its probably helping a tiny bit. So I've seen soooooooo many drs over 4 decades but what I'm on has worked the best.
