Struggling :(

Hey everyone, i went to the opticians a week ago now & had my eyes checked even had an OCT scan done and the opticians said everything was fine and that i didn’t need glasses but this pressure in my head is so intense and it’s like all over my head and constant, obviously i keep thinking the worst but it’s driving me nuts…i can’t even enjoy a day out or even watch tv or just chill on my phone i have to constantly keep busy or keep moving but then moving around keeping busy then brings on the light headed feeling. REALLY not sure what it is as the doctors keep saying anxiety and stress..also i did only give birth 6 weeks ago, so could it be hormones? or a mixture of everything (i’m on blood pressure tablets too for high blood pressure induced by pregnancy) & they put me on fluoxetine about 4ish weeks ago …if anyone has any answers pleaseeeeee message me
