For a long time it only happened in the middle of the night to me. I would feel fine in the mornings after I woke back up.Now it happens anytime I wake up,it's worst in the early mornings.

Had a phone call today from mental heath team now gotta wait 2 months for appointment with practitioner and I’ve been really bad xzz
