Hi when you are anxious it's natural to panicky breathe. This causes you to hyperventilate which causes the carbon dioxide level in your blood to rise and this result in dizziness, light headedness and weak legs.
There are lots of breathing exercises online so have a google. Have a look on YouTube too for anxiety videos which gives you lots of tips in how to control it
I suffer most days from anxiety and seem to find my breathing is shallow. Normally I will find something to do to keep me occupied, somehow that helps enormously.. and you seem to forget that u have these anxiety attacks. Today I’m going to pull my wardrobes apart and designate clothes for the poor, pants one section, dresses another section and much more.. I know I will feel great… exercise is another great option and does not need to be strenuous.. breathing exercises are the best… there are ways to help us know apart from medications… good luck. 👍
I’m shaking like hell this morning legs are like jelly in a mess xxx
Hi Dex. I get this a lot. Shakey inside and dizziness. It's awful. I try to keep distracted. Exercise a little if you can. Or have a walk. Do anything to keep your mind busy. But I know It's very difficult. I'm a nervous wreak. But we keep trying. Take care.
