Hi warkie
I get this alot & thing others do as well
Ella suggests breathing excerises, can be googled how to do them , but dont google anything else
They do come on out the blue , last night I also felt I had a lump in my throat , not had that in ages , again anxiety
Try & remember when you feel this , its anxiety & let it come & pass and it will
You are not on your own , cant wait for Spring coming hope it makes us all feel a little better

I do understand what you are feeling Hun have had it myself, and still do it scares me to bits, Hope you are feeling better at the moment, I woke up in the week with it scared stiff, but thank God it went, please let it keep away from us with anxiety, Love from Lindenlea.x
Its horrible, never had this before,i know it cant damage your heart or lungs but keep thinking it xx
I have had it for years & I dont think it has caused me any damage in that way , so it wont do to you either
Try not to fight it & go with it & the fear will get less & your breathing better
Look at breathing excercises
Have you had a chat with your gp

Hi Warkie, I will give you a start with breathing that I do. I do it every chance I get and it never fails to calm me down.
Lay or sit somewhere comfortable and just let your body go completely slack, eyes closed.
Place one hand on your abdomen.
Breathe in slowly through your nose to the count of 7.
Breathe so your abdomen rises
Hold for a few seconds.
As if blowing a candle out..a series of puffs...breathe out to a count of 11.
Always try and breathe out more than you breathe in.
Please give it a go and you will stop taking too much oxygen in and slow down the release of adrenaline into your blood stream. This will stop you panicking and if you practise it often enough and make it part of your routine it will start coming naturally. I enjoy it now but I had to force myself in the beginning. The feeling of calmness and peace is addictive lol. Never thought I would be saying this but it does really work . Best of luck Darling ,
