Hi does anyone on here feel like they can't nreathe with anxiety. Just comes out of the blue and takes half an hour to recover. Scares the crap out of me always told it's anxiety. I M driving myself crazy googling every symptom i have i feel like my life is over so debilitating.

I've had the same feeling you're having it can be quite scary. Try concentrating on your breathing. A psychologist told me to count to 9 as slow as a could while inhaling and do the same exhaling it helped me relax and focus on counting.
For me it at least helped me in the moment when I would start to feel anxious and dizzy.
Thankyou very scary had a bad day yesterday but not so bad today. Makes me think i have some terrible disease.
I felt the same way. Sometimes music or coloring can help distract you too. Theirs nothing wrong with you It sad we blame ourselves when this happens. What your feeling happens to a bunch of us you're not alone. The more you talk about it the more techniques you can find to help or even get rid of that feeling.
Your so right i have to make myself do things to keep busy or i fall in a heap. Sometimes i struggle to go to the shops i freak out if i have to go. I walk around feeling like I'm in a different world not very pleasant.
I was same way. What I did was made small goals for the store pick up two or three things from the store and get more comfortable over time. Also do you have a friend you can take with you it brings a sense of security like you're not alone and you have someone to talk to if you feel self-conscious. My best friend would reassure me that everything was fine and it made me feel normal to hear it from someone else. Just remember it might take time but you're making steps in the right direction and you won't feel like this forever. It will pass
