I currently suffer with Health Anxiety. It's really draining me and my life.

It’s all DR GOOGLE fault.. any little issues we go straight on there and disaster ! Best to talk to your doctor and get the tests done for reassurance but then again that doesn’t work because you’ll get another tiny pain then start Googling again I hate health anxiety !!!

Thank you. I have been waiting since early February, so they need to hurry along. This health anxiety really drains me. I can only sleep for 2 hours a night and then stuck awake the rest of the time. X

Nice to know your ok. I'm ok too. Had a bit of anxiety this morning but now I'm fine 🙂.

You suffer from anxiety......unfortunately you state of mind has chosen health as the subject 🙏.....with anxiety the subject can be anything..buses/ insects/dogs etc etc....but doesn't change the anxious state of mind...walk in the forest, look for calm and it will diminish...remember it is an overactive mind making up stories 😐..been there🙏

When your thinking slows down you will find a better......walk in nature it will help heal you.....remember I have been there and like you thought it would never end....do the correct things you will recover👍

I have been given medication. But I only started nearly two weeks ago.
