Cold foot and hands

Hi, so at the minute ive got a really strange issue. I had a pain in my leg last friday and my foot went really cold, I went to the drs last week and ruled out a blood clot. However my arms feel heavy and now both hands are freezing, I feel quite cold In general. I rang the drs and they asked me to check my pulse in both wrists which I could feel, the dr said as long as your hands and foot arent turning blue she said its probably nothing to be concerned about. I know anxiety can cause these symptoms but I dont feel as though im anxious about anything in particular. Anyone else get these strange sensations?
