Freezing hands and feet

My hands are constantly cold and I was wondering if anyone else has thing and my feet are cold sometimes too if I'm not moving around

Oh okay, if you can, you should bring it up to your Dr. I had cold hands and feet, couldn't stop chewing ice, shortness of breath, crazy anxiety and my Dr. Found I had iron deficiency anemia.

I was given iron tablets to take daily. It definitely helped a little. I also take a multi vitamin here and there that I bought from the health food store.

I have cold feet and hands but it has to do with my low iron.

I have Reynolds when stressed it is worse your dr could diagnose this. Not serious
