I have suffered depression and anxiety for the past 10 years. I have been medicated most of them years. I tried counselling last year and new medication and i feel im no further forward. I thought i would try online help.
I have tried to get out my comfort zone and try do a maths course however i had pre anxiety decided to walk their (just down the road) panicked thinking im being follwed, get their get asked a question and couldn't cope i broke down, iv had anxiety all weekend i just want to feel normal again. I dont know what else to do anymore. I have to start looking for work next week and i dont know how i can do this. I feel so much pressure i cant cope

Get Ken Goodman's break free from anxiety book. It can greatly help even someone like you who's had anxiety for years. I got mine from the coloring book zone. It sure help me.
drink lots of water, that helps me. so i thought you could try that, do not worry your not alone 😂😱😇 i have been through the same thing, i had the same feeling, my feelings got worst and i could not feel my toe and foot , i could not walk either, so lets hope water works, if not , then talk to me again, here, my feelings got worst when i go to places . and when i be home i feel like screaming to my family, and that is where i have trouble, with feelings, so i need lots of help with my feelings, cause of these days of the virus, it is very hard during , the day , cause either when we go to school as teenagers as kids right, or grown ups, or adult. goes to work, either way we feel diffrent and the same thing is that we feel strong feelings, plus the others, in our anxious feeling , it would happen in our mind and hearts anywhere really, do you have it in your heart or in your mind? cause i can help you , my feelings get worst and i can tell you what happens, everytime i go to school i feel stressed out even when i go to the bus, i am even afraid of my one friend. in the bus and i feel like i feel strong feelings but when i go home i feel like screaming, and that is where i have it the most, sometimes i cry, and stuff, and i try something great but then my feeling goes back, my foot is broken so i try something new , plus , my feeling starts to change , and then i get depressed, cause of stuff happening , so ,
Yeah, I just googled that book. Looks awesome, I think I'll check it out. Jade you say you've been getting treatment/therapy for 10 years. Had much CBT and/or exposure therapy? Maybe switch to somebody that advocates those treatments, I hear they're awesome. I know the CBT strategies I've learned really help me.God speed.
