So I’ve been having these crying episodes due to some private reason...

Sometimes it is 2-4 times a day . Although they are short in duration but they are sever I cry silently my heart out.

After last nights episode I noticed my ectopic beats are going crazy and heart area feels sore . I get heart beats on the left side of my chest and both arms ... Should I go to the hospital? Does crying/ depression cause some serious heart stuff ?? I thought that was my coping mechanism...

Not knowing what the personal issues are it's hard to know ifvthe crying is good. If it's physical issues it cannot be a good thing that you're crying. If it is more emotional then it could be a good thing to let your emotions out. Have you had your heart checked for stress? Because we don't know if it is emotional or physical crying its hard to say if the heartbeats are normal. Please get it checked if you think it may harm you. Only you will know what feels right.
