So lately I have been crying a lot which is not normal for me. I don't understand, I thought I would be a little better but the crying is starting to freak me out. Also I am 4 days in to my cycle but still the crying is not of the norm.

Crying a lot
Are you on any medications? Zoloft made me cry like crazy and that's not normal for me neither.. but 100 of Zoloft had me crying like a baby. Even with my phycologist
Hi, I'm not on any meds and I'm feeling discouraged. I can't tell if this crying is good or bad. I read that it can be good because of toxins releases and possibly healing but idk.
I am much older than you and have had panic disorder more yrs than you have been here.....I never used to cry.......the past year and a half I've at times broken into sobbing "fits" I try to contain them to when alone or I go to another room...but I think that it is simply the lingering and not feeling any improvement in my situation. I think if we all had some good days to bask in that the crying would lessen greatly
Crying is not necessarily bad It shows emotional involvement (for example with music). The last time I did was Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto with Sayka Soji and it certainly wasn't unpleasant. See:

(How to direct a symphony orchestra with glances and body language while playing a violin!)
And I don't care! With what effect? Watched it again!
