Brain fog.. overwhelm.. slow processing

Hi,

Im really struggling with one of my symptoms, it started recently. I dont even know how to really describe it, not sure if its part of brain fog or overwhelm.

It sort of feels like my body is out of sync with my brain. Sort of like brain is always trying to catch up. As an example, I will take my glasses off and then second later im trying to take them off again and realize i already did that..as if i did it so fast i didnt process it yet. Happens a lot too when doing stuff quickly, as if im doing stuff so fast and my brain processes it late and then i have this weird feeling of always analyzing it.

Does anyone else get this?

Its not like when you do something and then an hour later you are trying to remember if you did it or not, it happens in an instant. It sort of feels like my brain is having a hard time catching up to things i do on autopilot.

Oh really?? It is so freaky!! I feel like i am completely losing my mind. Its like my brain is too fast to analyze what my body is doing on autopilot. Feels like i cant focus on two things at once. Multitasking is not an option..i get so overwhelmed.
